$5 flat shipping cost within Australia for ‘Clothing & Accessories’ and ‘Body & Homecare’ products.
Furniture or any other bulky items, shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual weight or volume weight (whichever is greater) of the parcel. There may be minor discrepancies between the calculated and actual cost of shipping your parcel, which in most cases will be negligible. However, in the event of a major discrepancy we may: refund the difference, request additional payment, or cancel the order; depending on the circumstances of the discrepancy. We cannot be held responsible for delays or loss and damage of goods once the items have sent for delivery. However, we will endeavour to track and locate on your behalf to the best of our ability.
